This call was from Amp Smart security, alerting me to a triggered home security alarm, which is a legitimate call and not spam.
It appears that Life Alert has been contacting family members, including siblings, due to their phone numbers being listed in the system, which was triggered when a 93-year-old mother fell or activated the call device.
