At 1:47 on 11/16/17, I recived a hangup call from this number from South Carolina. My answering machine captured the number but no messge was left. I presumed it was a scam call.

I recieved a robocall at 12:48PM, the caller ID said LECAFLE, it's the Law Enforcement Coalition, a recorded male voice tryed to sound like a real person, i said hello and the recording responsed, then i hang'd up
A machine picked up, and after no message was left, the caller was blocked, similar to another call from a different number with the same outcome, originating from a Colorado phone number.
