Expert Opinion

The caller with the phone number +18043626052 is likely a scam artist, using a common script to trick people into believing they have pending issues with their debt or loans. The caller, claiming to be "Jennifer", leaves a voicemail stating she is reviewing the person's file, but fails to provide any specific details or mention the company she represents. This lack of transparency and consistency in the calls, along with the use of different phone numbers, suggests a phishing attempt to obtain personal or financial information from the call recipients.

18043626052 Scam Jennifer (scam)

The same caller, identifying herself as Jennifer, has left a message stating that she needs to discuss my file and requested that I call back at 804-362-6052. Upon calling the number, I was informed that Jennifer was unavailable, but another representative offered to assist me. What is concerning is that they had access to my name through caller ID and even recited my social security number to create the illusion of legitimacy. It appears that they have obtained outdated loan information, which is being used to deceive individuals. As previously noted, when you challenge them to proceed with their claims, you find that your number is blocked, preventing you from calling back.

A woman named Jennifer Goldstein, supposedly from Charleston, South Carolina, called me from a different number, leaving a voicemail message asking me to return her call at another number. When I called back, I was told that Jennifer was busy, but I would be transferred to her supervisor, Jeff. He claimed that due to a lack of communication, his law firm was going to serve me with a subpoena for unpaid loans. After questioning him further, I discovered that the loans in question had been settled over 15 years ago. I informed him that I had already contacted the Florida State Attorney General's Office, and shortly after, our call was disconnected. My attempts to call back the original number were unsuccessful, leading me to believe that this is a scam.
