My experiance with T-Mobile has been terible, I know this is a late reply, but for other readers, the only solution is to have someone else take over your account, you can oficially switch the acct holders name if you go to a T-Mobile store, but I dont think thats a good idear
I had a bad experiance with t-mobile in the past, so when I'm abroad, I'm careful with my phone usage, but this month I noticed 5 calls to my number while I was on a flight, even though my phone was turned off, t-mobile agreed to remove the charges after I calld them twise.
