During the conversation, the person asked for Carol twice, and upon being told it was the wrong number, they attempted to solicit help for a police collection, at which point I ended the call.

Clearly, their intentions were unclear, but i noticed similair location of Rushville, MO when i serched. They misprounced my name, and now i beleive it's necesary to involve the Attorney General. I'm exausted from their constant calls, including the ones marked as private ALL DAY.
