Apparently, my new Smartphone wouldn't even let me answer it, saying it was likly spam, [and no voicemail message was left], yes, according to other sites, this is a fake Medicare solicitation of some kind, I am a licenced health insurance broker, and we would never place unsolicited phone calls like this.
