I found a message on my answering machine from Vtech Solutions, stating that they had charged my account $499.99 for a yearly subscription. To cancel and request a refund, I was instructed to call them back within 24 hours at 786-687-5552.

Today, february 2021, I recived a scam cal from the number 786 687-5530. I was confusd and decided to cal them back, asking about Vtech Solutions. The represantative had a foriegn accent, probabley from india, and became angry when I askd questions, eventualy hanging up on me. I didnt provide any finantial informations and I sugest caling them back to waste their time, cal them out for being theifs and evil vilains

There was two calls from this number, one of them left a voicemail, I belive these peoples deserve a speciel place in hell

Today, a call was received with a caller ID displaying 5555, claiming to be from VTech with a call back number of 1-417-344-1474 and a "Customer Service Manager" named "Alex Thompson"

The same message was received, appearing to be a deceptive tactic. There are no plans to reciprocate the call.
