Upon listening to the voicemail, it initially seemed authentic, however, it became clear that the intention was to deceive by requesting a callback with a seven-digit code and personal information, a tactic commonly used for identity theft, prompting me to report the incident to my carrier, AT&T, a step I recommend others take as well

The individuals behind 833-289-1205 are clearly dishonest. They addressed me by name, albeit with incorrect pronunciation, and also mentioned my health insurance administrator's name. However, when I contacted the number on the back of my insurance card, I was informed that the call did not originate from them.
