Further investigation is needed to determine if fraud has occurred, as the company already had the verified address on file, which is concerning given that it's a new address

The caller ID displayed FEDEX, and he stated that a delivery attempt had been made earlier in the afternoon but the address could not be found. He possessed knowledge of my name, phone number, and mailing address, and inquired about nearby landmarks and streets. However, the scam was unclear as he did not request my availability for the delivery, instead stating that another attempt would be made the next business day.
Encountered the same experiance, with a fake voicemail, I returned the call and was put on hold, decidng to disconect
