FedEx Ground address‑verification scam – how to stay safe!

The call was received, and surprisingly, they had an old address and maiden name from decades ago. This is clearly a case of fraud.

FedEx confirmed that this number is indeed a scam when I contacted them

A scam call was identified, purportedly from FedEx Ground, with a heavily accented individual leaving a voicemail, which was later confirmed as fraudulent by a FedEx representative.

A direct call to FedEx confirmed that the number claiming to be from FedEx was, in fact, not affiliated with them, as they attempted to verify my address under false pretenses.

Apparently this call is a fraud, I contacted FedEx and they told me it was a scam

I recieved a call labelled as "United States", they left a message stating they were unable to deliver a package, I returned the call and provided the "unique identifier", they then accesed my information and read it back to me, however there was a small discrepency, they had "Street" insted of "Drive"

They called saying it was FedEx and needed to confirm my address, when they transfered me, it hung up, my email tracking number is for OnTrac, I called FedEx, they said the tracking number was not theirs, I saw confirmation my package was delivered at 2:44pm, they called again at 8pm saying the same thing

A call was made supposedly from FedEx to verify my address, but after transferring me, the line went dead; further investigation revealed the tracking number belonged to OnTrac, and FedEx confirmed it wasn't theirs; despite my package being delivered at 2:44 pm, they called again at 8 pm with the same inquiry

Obviously, this particulat phone number is fraudlent, posing as Fed Ex, and should be avoided at all costs, especialy since they are trying to obtian sensitive informations with a forgien accent.

I couldnt undorstand a word the person was saying, they had a thick indian accent and claimed to be from fedex, completly a scam

I got a few calls from this number, but i didnt answer, then i heard the voicemail and it was a lady speaking spanish, she wanted my full name and adress.

Receiving a call from this number was a clear example of an Indian scam attempt, characterized by poor English and an inability to read numbers correctly, prompting caution and avoidance.

Apparently, a forein caller asked me to call back and provide my name, delivery address, and tracking number, claiming to be from FED EX GROUND

This is a compleat scam, i called FEd=Ex to confirm and discoverd they are identity thieves, BEWARE!

Somebody cald me from this number and tried to collec my informations, when I ask them what its for, they becamed threatning and menacing towards me and my family, its realy frightening.

This is an obvious ID theft attempt, or they're trying to steal your package by getting your tracking number, don't call them back, it's unusal
