Never call back a number you didn’t initiate, and always use the official number on the back of your card or the insurer’s website. This call was similair to the one above, where they were asking for my phone number and birthdate.
In my opinion, you should read the HIPPA law, but since you cant even spell it corectly, i doubt you can find it on the internet, this law dont cover you talking to somebody about your health

Everyone knows your birthdate, thats why when you are going to turn 65 you get alot of mailers telling you that you are going to be eligible for Medicare, no big deal since everyone ask for your name and birthdate whenever you call the hospital, doctor, or pharmacy.
I've had a similar experience to David Mc, and it seemed legitimate at first, so I would advise caution when dealing with this number
I recieved a voicemail from this number, they want me to confirm my identity by providing my phone number and birthday, thats alot of informations
United Healthcare instructed me to only use the phone number on the card, which matches the experience reported by David on February 10th.
The call appeared to be legitimate, so caution is advised.
Following the same call, I contacted the number on the back of my membership card, and United Healthcare informed me that this is a scam aimed at obtaining personal information, advising never to call back numbers given in such calls and instead to only contact the number on the membership card.
A call from this number claimed to be from United Health care, seeking to complete a health assessment and requesting sensitive information like membership number and date of birth.
