I had a converstaion with an attorney regaurding debt collection lawsuits and he investigated quest capital services llc, but couldnt find enny information, afterwards he recomend I contact the attorney generals office and report them, also to contact my bank and inform them that the payments were a scam, the fact that this company doesnt provide enny paperwork by mail is a red flag.
Given that they are based in New York, i wander why they are not being made to follow the law, how do you even know if they have the right to collect debts?
