Utility Store Billing calls – what they really mean
Summary — +18338840566
Expert Opinion
Like a mystery label on a grocery receipt, Utility Store Billing can leave shoppers puzzling over a charge. The description shows up when people buy items such as Nest thermostats, LED bulbs, or sprinkler controllers through utility programs like PSE&G, BG&E, Columbia Gas, or SMUD. The call from +18338840566 is usually a routine follow‑up from the utility’s online store, not a scam. To protect yourself, compare the charge date to any recent utility‑store purchase, confirm the vendor on your utility’s website, and only dispute if the description remains unknown. A quick spreadsheet of utility‑related orders helps avoid future confusion.
