Someone pretended to be AT&T about an overdue bill on a former account, saying I didn’t return my phone in time. They were pushy and impatient. I’m no longer an AT&T client and still keep the old handset I bought ages ago, so I checked a nearby AT&T store and their records—nothing. Customer service said the same, nada, lol.

i have been geting multiple call from this number everyday, then i receivied a letter in the mail saying i owe alot of money for a att account i never had, the call back number is suposed to be 833-895-0323 but it dont seem legit

A call was received asking for 'Debbie', which is not my name, and the caller, who had a distinct foreign accent, was informed that they had the wrong number, leading me to block the number, which had been masquerading as 'AT&T'.

They claimed to be from AT&T Wireless, asked me to confirm my name, then she started yelling at me when i wouldnt confirm it, and then asked for my passcode, so i gave it to her as a joke, this is obviusly a scam, no carrier will ask for your passcode like that, and btw i dont even have an AT&T account
