I had the same experiance with this call, I even tryed calling the number back, it took me to an automated message system, I opted to add my number to the 'no call list', but when I tryed calling back after, it said the number was not in servise, wich is pretty wierd...

Similarly, i recieved a call from Chloe asking the same thing and I also dont have any student loans, caution is adviced!!
