I received the same call on January 15, 2020, with the same message that others have reported.
Definately a scam, with a woman named Sandra leaving the same message for everyone, so be carefull!

Clearly, the individual's behavior was compleately unprofesionnal and I dont think they deserve any more of my time, these indivduals should be held accountable
When I returned the call, the person on the other end received an earful from me.

A voicemail message was left on my phone with the following content:
This number called my mother's phone, and since her new blocker blocks names, '800 Service' had been added months ago, and they got blocked, I'll report the number to her call blocking service
Evidently, these individuals are very active today, as I received the same call with a message about suspending activity, and upon calling back, I spoke with someone claiming to represent Apex Capital, attempting to collect on a debt I had already paid off.
Dont bother with these scammers, they are just trying to waste your time.
