This caller failed to identify themselves, leaving a cryptic voicemail message, and it was later discovered that the call originated from Cox Communications, a company I was unfamiliar with, clearly a case of mistaken identity.
I beleive the caller ID dont say Cox because they outsource the reminder call to another company, probably one they own but not part of Cox, otherwise it dont make sence not to have their name on caller ID
I'm pretty sure this is a scam, cox cable dont need to call me about my service call, espescially since i havent answered that line since january
At 6:08pm i recieved a call and a message confirming my Cox Internet instalation for tomorrow between 3pm and 5pm.
