A message was left by someone claiming to be from a company called Assicaotes, stating that they would file a claim in my city, but I am unfamiliar with them.
Similar to others, I've experienced the same situation, and having grown up with a mother who worked in a collection agency, I was able to identify the holes in their story and started asking questions, which prompted them to hang up on me.
I got a call a few day ago sayin they gonna file paper in court for a old debt, but i tell them to go ahead and file it, i already file a complaint with CFPB and they say the check cashing company say they usin they name illegally, so i gonna hire a attorney to sue them for harrassment.

I appreciate your feedback, as I have experienced similar issues, with this number calling my workplace multiple times, using an outdated last name, which suggests a lack of diligence on their part.
Recieved a call from JFG and Associates, claiming to be filing papers with the court, and provided a reference code, beleive it to be spam, never returned the call, just blocked them, appearently JFG associates is a construction company.
