I've also recieved these calls, (SEVERAL! 2-3x/wk! FemBot left me only one, very sketchy voicemail with no viable info proving that "she" knew who I was or anything about my account.) I've done my Google-y research, as well as called a known safe number for Cox Communications: The number and Customer Survey Service USED to be legit. As of mid-to-late 2018, this is no longer the case and they have dozens of forums that address the issue. To summerize, even - 'If you haven't had a service call/tech come out or made inquiry to Cox Communications within the last month, you should not be getting a Satisfaction Survey. To always be on the safe side, ensure that you contact Cox directly for all of your needs. Never give anyone that calls out to you, your personal or Cox account information' (loosely quoted)

I contacted Cox and asked about these peoples calls from gcs or gcf, the reprsentative told me to ignore these calls and not give out informations becuse its a scam, so i blocked this number yesterday and recieve a call from 844 303 3338 from the same peoples today, hung up and blocked it too

Yesterday, recieved a call from someone claiming to conduct a survay about my recent calls, so i call cox to investigate, they told me it's a scam and to block the number, it's a new tactic to steal your informations

Following a call from this number, claiming to be from Cox Communication, they asked about my last customer service experiance and wanted my social secirity number, promissing a gift card, not sure if its legit or not, but cox should definately investige this matter.
I need these calls to cease immediately.
Upon answering, the caller claimed to represent Cox Communication, inquiring about my experience with one of their representatives. However, it became apparent that he was attempting to trick me into divulging information, as his knowledge of my service plan was inaccurate. I terminated the call once I realized his true intentions.
