Student loan scam calls—how to protect yourself!

After receiving an email, I made a call but did not provide my name, and the caller hung up

It appears that the scammer, allegedly Hudson Russell, has been utilizing Hotmail to send emails, creating a suspicious connection.

I received a suspicious loan email supposedly from Jayden White.

I received a phishing email from Jacob Hughes regarding student loan forgiveness, which included a callback number, and have reported it.

Despite not having student loans, the caller claimed I was eligible for a loan, which is clearly a scam, and I wouldn't recommend calling back

Apparently my email was similar to Elijah Bennett's

This is the same scam, using the same number, but I don't even have student loans to fall for it

An identical email was received, albeit from an individual named 'Lucas Evans'.

My experience mirrors that of others, with the caller claiming to be "Ezra Hunt"
