They claimed my bank account have fraud, so i called my bank directly and they confirm it was a legit call, but i didnt spoke with anyone
After dialing the number, an automated system requested my zip code for verification purposes, then it listed a fraudulent charge from Hong Kong that had been posted to my account, and upon contacting my bank, they confirmed it was a legitimate fraud detection service by asking for the same case number.
After making some large purchas on Amazon, my bank raise some flag, it's a real bank account tracking and notification service, but might not be the actual number from your bank, since bank have fraud prevention service they use.
I recieved a robo call claiming to be Amarillo National Bank, stating ther was unusual activty on my account, I dont even have a debit card with them.
Unfortunately, this number is associated with my bank's automated Fraud Detection Center, which is of little assistance; a live representative would be more helpful in addressing potentially suspicious activity on my account.
While this call may be legitimate, it's advisable to verify with your bank before responding.
Legitimately, my experiance with stockyard bank debit card was that they were simply verifying a withdrawl of $500, whcih is understandable since i dont use the card oftenly

Initialy, I was very suspisous, but it turned out to be legit. I contacted my local credit union, and they verified it, not using the 844 number
Apparently, this number belongs to an independent contractor who provides fraud prevention services to various banks across the USA, particularly for credit and debit card transactions. Their system is designed to flag suspicious charges, such as late-night online purchases, and temporarily hold them until they can verify the transaction with the cardholder. I experienced this firsthand when I made a $375 online purchase on November 3, 2019, at 10:00 PM, and the system called to confirm the charge. Unfortunately, the vendor had misidentified the processing entity, so when the fraud prevention system called, I declined the charge due to the unfamiliar name, and they subsequently blocked the transaction.
They will mention your bank name and the last 4 digits of your card, then inform you of suposed fraudulent chargers, in an atempt to get you to call back and reveil your personal informations, BEWARE of this tactic.
