Similar to Davis's experience, I recieved an identical email about a purchase at Target, it was likely a scam or my card info was stolen, so I'm going to moniter my account, thankfully I found this conversation after googling the supposely support number, it happend on sunday 9/12/21

Just got the same email, sent it to PayPal, they should be able to track the IP adress, i guess

I received an email that supposedly confirmed a purchase, which is the second time I've been targeted with this same scam.
They are trying to phish for information by asking us to call a paypal customer service number
