On Saturday, December 27, 2014, this unusual number called twice, but there was no one on the other end, and due to its format, it cannot be called back, leaving questions about the caller's identity.
I received a call today, and the call display showed a number that appeared to be from Romania, although the hyphen may have been in the wrong place. There was no one on the other end of the line.
When I answered the call, there was no one on the other end.
This number called repeatedly, interacting with my answering machine each time but hanging up without leaving a message.
Within seconds of this number calling and not leaving a message, I received another call from a "Private Caller"; such tactics are easily identifiable and have led to this number being added to my call block list.
We are on a do not call list, but we still recived a call from this number, i could hear clicking and low voices in the background, so i didnt say a word

Some guy claiming to be from ADT, jonathan was his name, tryed to convince me to get a free system, but i was scepticall and did some researsh, turned out it was a scam and ADT is investigatting.

After looking up the 646 number, i found out its from Manhattan, thats a interesting fact.
I called the store and asked for Mr or Mrs ****, but i didnt even know the store owners names.
