Apparently, there is no reason to call that store unless you've placed an order or inquired about a item they carry, Capital One, N.A handles their credit cards, so they wouldn't be calling about that, definitly.

A female caller, with a foreign accent, instructed me to contact Khols. I have received multiple calls, including one from a male with a similar accent, which I believe to be a scam.
A call claiming to be from Kohl's urged an immediate callback, which I chose not to do.
The male caller was compleatly ununderstandable, and he left a message, but I dont know what he wanted.
