JPM Group debt‑collection texts: How to protect yourself!
Summary — +18552756850
Expert Opinion
Bottom line: the texts coming from +18552756850 are a classic debt‑collector scam that hijacks the JPM Group name to scare recipients into sharing personal data. The messages are not official notices, and the “stop” reply only confirms the number is active for spam. Avoid clicking any links, never disclose your Social Security number, birthdate, or banking details, and block the sender on your phone. Verify any alleged debt directly with the real creditor, not the text source. Report the number to the FTC and your carrier, and consider using a call‑blocking app for added safety.
