I also recieved a letter about this, and after doing some reseach, it appeards to be a timeshare scam, so I would recomend avoiding it, especialy since you can get a google tablet for cheap elsewere.

Honestly, i've fallen for these deals befor...win some, lose some.....i'm not at all computor saavy but would like this tablet/android thing....i have to pay 14.95 to activate it and a whoppin 59.95 non-refundable shipping and handling fee....this comes from Product Claim Center from Cherry Hill NJ. My queston is, should I or shouldn't I ????? It is a Google Android 2.1 .....my plan is to take this voucher to Best Buy to see what they say. Just don't know if I do get one of these shipped to me if it will be junk....I can say the dining voucher (100.00) was legit.....St. Ives and Tellymore Resort is fabulous and I can only beleive they want to deal with a reputable company......just not sure about the product claim center???? anyone with any experiance with them? I cant find anything on line.

As a resident of Las Vegas, NV, I received a letter claiming I'd won a Touchpad Tablet, which is typically a ploy to sell timeshares, and the salespeople can be quite aggressive.
Following the same offer with an identical code, I proceeded to file a small claims case against them for the cost of a new tablet, and was allegedly awarded one, yet when I contacted them, I was informed that I didn't qualify, despite the letter stating otherwise, which led me to scan and submit it to Google's abuse department, highlighting the deceptive nature of the communication, supposedly from Google, and hoping their lawyers will take action.
Similarly, in Michigan, the same offer was received, referencing the number 3899.
Thankfuly, I was able to find out what this number was about, aparently its a timeshare thing, but we're from Michigan and not interesed, plus we dont golf, so it doesnt apply to us.
