AT&T leaked all customer data, current and former. Search for the class action lawsuit to hold the responsible parties accountable. Scammers, not AT&T or Direct, are calling using the leaked info.
This problem exsist way befor the data breech, let's not jump to conclushion, they offer a discounted package if you pay ahead with gift card, and they supposibly from india.

This number is used by scammers posing as AT&T DirecTV, they called me two days in a row before i blocked them.
