Goldman Sachs spoof calls: How to spot the scam!
Summary — +18557307283
Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why calls from 855‑730‑7283 seem to come from a big bank yet feel like a trap? The number is repeatedly linked to spoofed Goldman Sachs or GS Bank lines, and most reporters describe requests for social‑security numbers, secret words, or unsolicited CD offers—classic red flags of a phishing scam. If you receive a voicemail or live call, pause before sharing any personal data, verify the caller by hanging up and dialing the official bank number, and never disclose passwords on a recorded line. Keep a log of the call details and report suspicious activity to your carrier or the FTC.
