When queried about the package details, he was unable to provide answers, citing his newness to the role. He repeatedly asked for my name, which I declined to provide, and was transferred to our main line, where he left a message with the same information. The caller ID displayed 312-500-3196, while the voicemail message provided an alternate contact number, 855-757-0513.
Initially, Rich from the USPS left a message stating that he had a priority package for me, but upon calling back, I spoke to a woman who claimed to be his supervisor, and the conversation took an unusual turn, discussing sports teams and eventually, cleaning supplies for businesses.
Apparently, they was asking for company info, stating i would recieve a free NFL gift, i asked alot of quesions and she just hung up
