It turns out this is a call from Progressive to collect outstanding premiums, i had cancelled my insurance policy with them earlier this month and they were trying to collect a 20 dollar balance!

After calling back this number, I was greeted by a represantive from Progressive who claimed to be calling about my insurace policy, wich I dont actualy have with them
