A text message was received from Michael Davis, stating it was imperative to call the number, but no one answered when I did
Receiving menacing calls claiming to be about a non-existent bank account, followed by laughter and hang-ups, and even contacting unrelated individuals
Upon calling back, I was threatened with a lien on my bank account, which is not feasible for unsecured debt, and their claims of awaiting state approval were unfounded, as such matters are handled at the county level.
The behavior described seems implausible, as a debt collector would typically prioritize communicating directly with the individual who owes the debt
They contacted my ex and two sons but didnt bother with me, when i rang them i got the run arond and eventualy hung up on, seems like a dodgy operation.
Both my sons and ex-partner got the same message, I called back and was given the runaround before being hung up on, appearentley a big scam.
