Seems like a scripted message from Jess, claiming to be from a national tax advisory service, offering to clear away owed tax monies, but the number provided, (858)341-0749, seems suspisous.
The voice mail I received was supposedly from Jess of National Tax Advisory, asking me to call back, but it's a clear scam since I don't owe any taxes and the area codes don't match

I got the same message today, but it's a scam since I don't owe any taxes from previous years
The phone didn't even ring, insted going straigt to voicemail, the message left was to contact Jess at 858-341-0749, who supposibly works for 'National Tax Advisory Services, LLC', it's clearlly a scam.
I got the same experiance, so i decieded to call them back relentlessy, and they claimed to be a private number and that i was being weird
Apparently, a woman named Jess contacted me, falsely claiming I had outstanding tax debts and offering a hardship program to reduce the amount, but this is clearly a fraudulent scheme as legitimate tax collectors do not operate in this manner.
