A man claiming to be from Quick Books' Data Insure company called to inquire about the version being used, but when questioned about his authenticity, he failed to provide convincing evidence and the call was terminated.
A personal call was received regarding a QuickBooks upgrade, during which the caller stated that the conversation was being recorded, but permission was denied and the call was ended.
Today, we were targeted again by a foreign operation trying to sell free upgrades in exchange for changing our credit card processing, prompting us to block yet another number.
This appears to be a scam and I would like to speak with the business owner directly.
Since this is an unknown number, I never anser or call back; I googled it and saw alot of complaints about telemarketers and scammers, so I added it to my call block list.
Initially skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this call was legitimate, as they successfully upgraded my Quickbooks to the latest version and offered a zero-rate credit card processing option, saving me a significant amount of money.
Be wary of this scam, as it is not a legitimate call from QuickBooks, and such software is typically included with computer packages or available for separate purchase at retail stores.
It's unnecessary for Intuit to make cold calls, as they have a strong sales presence; such calls often indicate a struggling business and are thus being blocked.

Apparently, this individual claims to represent Data Insure and Quickbooks, attempting to schedule an appoinment to sell credit card procesing servcies. Unfortunatly, they refused to provide a call back number.
This number is definatly a scam, and i doubt quickbooks would make cold calls, the scammer is probally pretending to be someone else...

A telemarketer appeard to have calld my office line, didnt bother leaving a mesage, now its saved as a spam contac for futer refrence.
Following two calls, I made a hasty search of the number and found reason to be cautious, despite 800notes.com not appearing in the results immediatly. 2 minutes latter, the phone rang again and I picked up, as I couldnt keep interupting my activites.
As the caller was unknown, I didnt answer, and since no voicemail was left, it is likely a scam or robocaller, so I added it to my call block list
Over two days, this caller first attempted to sell me QuickBooks, then merchant processing, and finally in-house financing after I declined the previous offers, eventually prompting me to hang up.
Despite previous requests to be placed on the DO-NOT-CALL list, this caller continues to contact about Quickbook support, disregarding the wishes of those they call.
