I've been receiving numerous voicemails from this number, but never an actual call. They instruct me to call back with a reference number, only to end the call in silence. Unfortunately, I'm unable to block these calls since they don't result in a real connection.
Apparently, i recieved a call from this number claiming to be PayPal about a negative balance, but after checking my paypal account, i noticed i have no outstanding balance, and when i called paypal to confirm, they told me they are aware of this number claiming to be them.
These calls are suspected to be scams, given the lack of identification and the fact that the caller knew the recipient's full name, which is unsettling, and thankfully, websites like this one can help identify such scammers

After initially thinking it was a scam and ignoring them, I eventually called back and confirmed the number's legitimacy.
ROBO CALL + PERSON: They call with an automated message to settle an account - when you call back it seems very legit. But we are a dealership and this number was calling every day, so i called it back to ask them to stop because "Harry Savage" doesnt work here. They said they would remove our number - yet kept calling back every day. Then i called again and the guy hung up on me. That's when i knew it wasnt the real paypal.
This problem with this phone number is still going on, even though the complaints go back to 2019, they call every day, somtimes its a robo voice, somtimes its a person
