At my workplace, I received a call from an individual claiming to be from PayPal, with a noticeable Indian accent. They claimed I had a negative balance and requested payment, but I declined, opting instead to verify the information online.
My experience with this number was similar to the one described earlier, involving multiple messages and requests for personal information, which I refused to provide, citing a case number that I had previously been given.
Multiple daily calls from this number have been received for over a week, with the caller claiming to be a PayPal collections representative. When asked to verify their identity by providing my current balance and primary phone number on file, they provided incorrect information. My suspicions were raised since the call was made to my home phone number, which is not linked to my PayPal account. After informing the caller that I believed it was a scam and would report it to PayPal, I confirmed with a PayPal representative that this number is not associated with their collections department.

Initially the message didnt mention the company name, then it transfert to another automated voice, i call back and reach a voice mail, but the mailbox was full
