Over the past couple of weeks, this number has called me multiple times; it's associated with Genesis/Bankcard Services, regarding an underpayment of $5 on my account.
My experience with this number is related to my Genesis account, specifically the Ashley Furniture Advantage credit account, which is serviced by Bankcard Services

The purpose of this call is unclear, can somone explain?
Repeated calls with no messages prompted me to call them back, and I was told that their legitimate number was being used to remind me about a promotion that ended in July, with the representative acknowledging that my account was up to date, despite their aggressive lending practices.
The person who called asked for my husband and when i said he wasnt availible, they asked when he would be, then they said it was a personal bussines matter and they could only talk to him, i told them i handle all the finances and pay all the bills, but they didnt want to talk to me

Genesis was the caller, and they reviewed the account terms, which was unnecessary since the agreement was recent and the payment schedule is clear

For over a week, I have been receiving daily calls at the same time, which appear to be a scam; when I left the call on speakerphone, I discovered the flaws in the automated recording, which requested personal information without prompting.
The annoying calls from this number started on 12/31/14, then suddenly stoped, only to resume on 2/16/15 - I've recieved 7 calls since the 16th, it's a total nusence during work hours, I've allready blocked them, and I dont owe Genesis or any other 'Bank card services' companys.
Countless calls from this number have resulted in dead air when answered, and attempts to call back have led to an unknown service requesting an account number that I do not possess, which I wish to stop but have not had the chance to communicate
For about a month now, I've been recieving calls from this number, they never leave a mesage and when I do answer, the caller dissconects immediatly, which is pretty weird. Upon further investigation, I discovered it's suppost to be Bank Card Services, although I dont have a Genesis account, nor do I know who they are. Needless to say, I'm not providing my ss# informations to anyone. I've been a victim of identity theft in the past, and it was a completly hassle to resolve.
I been getting harrassed by these guys for monthes, and they just wont stop calling, i'm going to file harrasment charges against them
Repeated calls from this number have been a nuisance, as they never leave messages, and given my past experience with dental work at Aspen and directly paying them as per our agreement, I suspect this might not be a legitimate debt collection since they don't leave any messages and I've never returned their calls.
I recieved a similiar call from BankCard Services, it was quite frustrating.

I verified that this phone number is legit, it belong to Bank Card Services, they use it to remind customer about payment or promotion, i appreciate their reminder, my account is current
