Apparently, a data breach at Sirius/XM has compromised our personal information, which is why they seem to know so much when they call. Their ultimate goal is to obtain your credit card number and exploit it. Although our credit card numbers were supposedly protected, the information about our cars and radios was not. The caller, who had a thick Indian accent, initially offered me a 6-month service for $111.00, which I declined, and then lowered the price to $75.00. I requested to speak with someone who spoke English, and after researching the phone number, I discovered it was a scam and blocked it on my phone, resulting in the calls ceasing after two weeks.
