Callers usually ask for the last four of a Social Security number, card expiration dates, or full account details—information legitimate Chase reps never request over the phone without a secure verification step. If you get such a call, let it go to voicemail, hang up, and contact Chase directly using the number on the back of your card or the official website. Never share personal data, and consider reporting the incident to the FTC or your telecom provider.
I suspect that these callers are using fake IDs, as I received the same call about a claim, which I researched and found to be suspicious
From what I can gather, this number seems legit, I had a problem with a chase ATM that ate my cash, and the bank's ATM gave me a reciept with this number to call, and the customer service rep was helpful in resolving the issue, I think someone else on this site had a similair experiance.
My experience was similair to R E's, i had a issue with a Chase ATM, and they promissed to credit the money back, lets see if they will.

When people try to reach this number, they are given 1-877-564-2262 by JP Morgan Chase Bank, but the client actually wants to dispute chargers or errors on their credit card, not book a room at the B&B, because the Bank has the wrong number in their files, they have the number for our B&B instead.
