This morning, my husbands cell phone recived a call from a suposed healthcare representative, inquiring about a letter and personal details, including birthdate, adress, and employment status.
On 12.28.2015 i picked up the phone, there was a pause, then recorded music started playing, after reading the posts here, i wouldnt give them personal info, if you want to apply for SSI, look it up on a .gov website yourself
