At 7:20, I got a call from BMO Harris, and after verifying the number, I demanded to be removed from their calling list, which they eventually did after I spoke with a manager.
Upon answering the call from 1-866-618-8686, a person with an Indian accent claimed to be from a bank, repeatedly asking for my name and introducing himself as Martin.
This is clearly a scam, as I do not have any loans with BMO, and when I contacted BMO, they confirmed that the number is not associated with their institution, and it appears that people claiming it is BMO are actually working for the scam operation.
Receiving a call from this number prompted me to research it, and I discovered it is likely associated with BMO Harris, with whom I have an ongoing dispute, so it should be safe to answer when they call.

They are a collection agency, they leave messages but dont say who they are, when you call them back they answer like its they personal phone, i had to go back and forth with them for a minute to find out they was collectin for ATT, which i been having alot of problems with, they customer service is terible

A message was relayed to me at work from a man named Jeff, who claimed I would know the reason for his call; upon calling back, the person I spoke to said they would pass on the message, and now I am waiting
Apparently, this number is affiliated with Harris Bank, a lady left a message asking me to call back, but didnt give me any extension or department, I'm not sure what department it is.
