Xerox‑Aetna scam calls: How to protect your info
Summary — +18666520074
Expert Opinion
Calls from 866‑652‑0074 often claim to be Aetna representatives updating insurance records. The pattern includes a reference number, a request for personal details, and a script that sounds official, yet the callers usually work for a third‑party like Xerox. Never share Social Security, DOB, or policy numbers over the phone unless you initiated the call to a verified Aetna line. Hang up and call Aetna’s official customer service number yourself to confirm any request. If a voicemail mentions a file number, treat it as a red flag and report the incident to your insurer and the FTC.
