Someone claiming to be from Equifax, asking for a fax number, has been making calls from 1-866-662-3339, which seems to be a fraudulent request.
When I called the number back, 866-662-3339, I spoke with a rep named Tabitha, and she seemed legit, asking me to fax over an employment verification form for one of our new employees.
The caller claimed to be from Equifax, but a search revealed that the number is not affiliated with Equifax.

The caller was shady, asking for employmnet verification and income, two callers in 15 secounds, its unbelievable scammers!!!
Upon returning the call, they inquired about an interim pastor, but I informed them the person was no longer with us, and they requested I fill out a verification form.

Following a call from this number regarding an income request, a refernce code was provided along with a call back number, although the origon of the call was unclear, sounding somthing like Record Sacks? It seems suspisous and I wont be returning the message.
