I beleive this is a legit number, I tried to use my card in Brazil, but it was denied, and I recieved several calls from this number, but I contacted my bank first and they confirmed it was legit.
My credit union utilizes this service to detect fraudulent activities. After being swindled out of $500, they contacted me promptly and guided me through the process of recovering my funds. I spoke with a live representative at 11 pm EDT, who advised me to cancel my card, and thanks to their assistance, I should be able to retrieve the entire amount.

Its a legitamite call, i have a guaranty bank and i called them to verify, they told me its a 3rd party company that handle fraud department for many banks.
Apparently, these indivduals claimed to be legitamate, however they requested my credit card informations, which I didnt give becuse if they contaced me, they shuld allready have it. Phising attemps are ushally calls to get your informations, espescially the secirity code number.
