Telephone companys should be capable of determing which numbers are active and wich are not without necesarily making a call to check if somone answers, especaily since they can tell if a number is live even if no one picks up.
I've been recieving daily calls from this number, but i didnt answer, and no voicemail was left, i think they know it's a active number now
A woman claimed to be promoting a Bell offer of $40 for 100 GB, including free text and long distance to the US and Canada, surprisingly aware of the payment details, and was asked to call back another day.
Recieved two calls from this number today, both times ther was silence on the other end.
