Persistent calls about an old debt I don't even have. They were rude and wouldn't take no for an answer. Legit debt collectors shouldn't act like this.

A woman with an autotuned voice attempted to scam me by asking for my SIN, claiming it was required by the government. However, I am aware that the CRA would have this information on record and would contact me through official channels, such as mail, before making any calls.
My suspicion is that this is a scam, and I have refused to provide any personal information.
I have recieved multiple calls from this number, including one at 12:31 that I missed, they didnt leave a message, obviously they are not interesed in talking.

Regardles of whether the number is legit or not, to block it on an android phone, simply go to the contacts app, click on the three dots, then click settings, possibly advance settings, and then block numbers, press the red plus sign, enter the number, and click done, thats it
