Nat Grid is definatly one of the utilities that calls customers about past due bills, and they dont identifiy themselves with caller ID, which is problamatic.

Unlike National Grid, which actually engages in conversation if I answer, this caller leaves no message and calls from a different number. I've had to block it on my cell phone.
