A phishing attempt was made via a fake email from Kohl's, stating a password reset had been requested to lure the recipient into calling the number and divulging personal information

After receiving a series of suspicious emails, including one claiming my information had been updated and another about a Kohl's cash reward, I unfortunately engaged with a scammer who contacted me via this number.

I know i cancelled my account a couple of years ago, so i wasnt worried about this email, but it was fake and they adressed me by the name of Johnathan.

At the bottom of an email from Kohls, it says not to reply if you didnt ask for the email, so I gues they're getting alot of complaints

An email was received from Kohls@t.kohls.com, containing the following message:

I got an email about my Kohls account being updated, but the name in the email was completly garbled, it said Hello Dmwl
