Block the caller, delete the voicemail, and verify any alleged lawsuit directly with the courthouse or a trusted attorney. Staying skeptical and cutting off the line stops the cycle.

For about six months now, these people have been calling me, voicemail is always threatening to serve me legal paperwork at my job
