It appears that the caller, identified as Pinnacle Quality Insight, is a company that conducts surveys on behalf of health care organizations, including home health care agencies and hospices. They claim to be contracted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to conduct quality control surveys. However, many users have reported aggressive and pushy tactics, with some considering it harassment. Users have also expressed concerns about the legitimacy of the calls, with some reporting that the company mentions big health organizations and Medicare without explicitly stating a connection. Based on user insights, it's essential to exercise caution when receiving these calls, and users are advised to be firm in declining participation in the survey if they're not interested. It's also crucial to verify the identity of the caller and their affiliation with legitimate health care organizations before engaging with them. If you're receiving unwanted calls from this number, consider blocking the number or reporting it to the relevant authorities.
