A call was received and a robotic voicemail was left regarding debt collection, spoken in a British accent that was difficult to understand.
Why Northland Group won’t stop calling you?
Summary — +18773214053
Expert Opinion
Bottom line: the pattern points to a persistent debt‑collection operation, most likely the Northland Group. Callers rarely leave messages, often hang up after a brief silence, and repeatedly ask for names that don’t match the household. Do not confirm any personal information; instead request a written validation of the alleged debt and note the call in writing. Add the number to your Do Not Call list and use call‑blocking tools. If the calls continue, file a complaint with the FTC, the Better Business Bureau, and your state attorney general. Keep records of dates, times, and any scripts for potential legal action.
